Nowe Forty Complex of residential buildings

Nowe Forty is a housing estate located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Szczecin. It covers the area of the historic Fort of Prussia, rebuilt in the 19th century into barracks of the imperial troops destroyed during the war. The architectural form of the buildings and their layout refer to the historical buildings. Apart from residential premises, on the ground floors of the buildings there are also service, commercial, childcare and medical care premises. The basement of the buildings serves as car parks for passenger cars. Usable area in total 49,229.37 m2. Implementation 2017 - 2021
